This 360 Health Services Return Policy applies to the Internet website and any other digital properties (collectively, the “Site”) operated by 360 Health Services. This policy applies to all transactions conducted on or through this site. Please read the following policy carefully before using this website.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we’re offering a 60-day money-back guarantee period after you receive your product. If the product does not meet your expectation, you may return the product to receive a full refund.

No items that have been worn, washed, opened, ingested, or consumed may be returned.

Damaged Products: If one of our products is damaged upon arrival please take several photos of the packaging and item(s) and send us an email with a description of the damage and the photos within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will send you a shipping code to return the item(s) and send you a new package of the SAME items. Items cannot be changed (color, size etc.) during replacement.

Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost to return any unwanted items.

Due to potential fraudulent activity we have set the guidelines below. The 60 day guarantee only applies to one product per customer and once per customer. Purchases larger than a single product are only eligible to return 1 of those products. Once a customer’s 60-day guarantee return has been used, all future returns are limited to 15 days from shipment.

All PPE products are Non-Refundable. All PPE sales are final.
